Mathan is available 24/7 and whenever I text him he writes back just ten seconds later with detailed advice/ help. His team is also top notch. No matter what you need, they come right away and just make sure you’re taken care of with EVERYTHING. I moved from Germany to Dubai and was very pleased with the guidance and help finding the best apartment for me but also taking care of everything I needed while staying. He immediately sent his team to exchange the full dryer after a bit of water got out. I lived in many places and the service I get here in Dubai from Mathan and his team is the best I ever received.
